Review: These episodes return the X-Men to the Savage Land and give us the first Storm spotlight in a good long while. Now, itís been said since the show started that the majority of Storm spotlight episodes suck, and unfortunately, moving it to the usually interesting Savage Land didnít help, in fact, it made it even worse.

The whole Savage Land story completely dominated the episode, and to be honest, it was sheer nonsense from start to finish. There was a few good pieces in here, Rouge and Stormís relationship got some nice development, and Sauron proved to be a lot more interesting this time around, but it was all underplayed to develop the threat of some rock in the ground. It also had a cringe worthy moment from Jubilee. ďIf Jubilee of the jungle can take down Sauron, she can take down StormĒÖ Good Lord.

The episodes themselves werenít absolutely terrible; they were just incredibly tedious to sit through. A short review for an episode short on entertainment. r>
