Dr. Herbert Landon
 Voice: David Warner First Appearance: The Mutant Agenda Herbert Landon despised mutants. Using the research notes of a formula that was developed by his former colleague Henry McCoy, Herbert and The Landon Foundation, using money provided by The Kingpin, began producing a chemical designed to kill all mutants. Once The Hobgoblin discovered what he was doing, he began threatening Landon, forcing Landon to bribe him to keep his mouth shut. After a brawl ensued between Spider-Man, Hobgoblin and Wolverine, Landon was doused in the chemical, and was turned into a monster. After being released from the hospital, Landon, now in a half human, half mutant form, began to work as the Kingpin's assistant, replacing Smythe, whom he had helped turn into a cyborg.
