These designs were drawn by Jeff Matsuda, who currently serves as the Producer/Character Designer for Kids WB!'s The Batman. Based on the drawings, it looks likes these drawings were pitched before the series was following on from the feature film, back when the series was to be based on the popular Ultiamte Spider-Man.
