Nicktoons Network Airing Final "Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes" Episode

The final episode of the acclaimed Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes animated series is scheduled to air this week on Nicktoons Network.

Nicktoons Network is scheduled to air the broadcast premiere of the Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes episode "Scavenger Hunt," the final episode of the acclaimed animated series, this Thursday, February 25th, 2010 at 8:30pm (ET). Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes, which originally premiered in 2006, experienced erratic scheduling on both Cartoon Network and its specialty spin-off network Boomerang before landing on Nicktoons Network.

Multiple episodes were ultimately missed during its original broadcast stints, with the entire 26-episode animated series eventually debuting on DVD home video in 2008. Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes now currently airs alongside Iron Man: Armored Adventures and Wolverine and The X-Men, two Nicktoons Network mainstays.

Thursday, February 25th, 2010 at 8:30pm (ET) - "126 Scavenger Hunt"
An alien scavenger called Terminus has come to Earth looking to steal the planet’s resources and technology for himself, and the only thing standing between him and the end of the world is the Fantastic Four. And while the FF have always found a way to beat their foes and save the day, they begin to realize that Terminus may just be unstoppable.
