Bios - Black Panther/T'Challa
Voiced by: Jeffrey D. Sams
First Appearance: Ultimate Avengers 2: Rise Of The Panther
Bio: T'Challa, son to the king of Wakanda, is left to take on his father's mantle as well as the role of The Black Panther after having witnessed his father's death at the hands of Kleiser.

Black Panther arrives at S.H.I.E.L.D. seeking to speak privately with Captain America to learn how to defeat Kleiser and the Chitari. When Captain America seems unwilling to offer him any advice to stop Kleiser, he goes back to Wakanda, unwilling to accept any help from S.H.I.E.L.D let alone to break Wakanda's law against trespassers.

When the Avengers secretly sneak into Wakanda's borders, Black Panther confronts them. Panther lets only Captain America into his palace, and explains to him Wakanda's history with the Chitari. When the Wakandans become aware of the Avengers' presence as well as Captain America's entrance into their sacred palace, Panther asks that they leave, while he secretly accepts the team more than before.

T'Challa stands before his royal advisors, who decide that they must relieve him of his position as King and take over command of Wakanda themselves because T'Challa allowed outsiders into Wakanda.

Black Panther is left no choice but to aid the Avengers in defending his homeland. It is he and the Avengers who ultimately stop the Chitari's advance against Wakanda, proving that accepting help outside their borders was vital to saving Wakanda and moving forward from their old ways.
