Episode #1: Trial By Fire

Johnny is put on trial for crimes against the Kree Empire by Ronan the Accuser after destroying the latest in a line of Kree Sentries, alien robots that have been observing the Fantastic Four. When Johnny chooses Reed as his lawyer, Ben and Susan take the stand in Johnny’s defense. But defending Johnny’s reckless behavior is tougher than they thought, especially when the accused is presumed guilty before the trial even starts.

Episode #2: Doomed

Doctor Doom hacks into Reed’s consciousness, transferring his mind into Reed’s body. Now trapped inside Doom’s body, Reed must fight his way back to his family and friends before Doom transforms the Baxter Building into a weapon that could wipe out the Fantastic Four and half of the city.

Episode #3: Doomsday

When Reed is accused of having purposefully exposed Susan, Johnny and Ben to the cosmic rays that transformed them into the Fantastic Four, the team is torn apart. But as Susan, Johnny and Ben individually wonder if Reed is capable of such a betrayal, they’re attacked by the mastermind behind the plot against Reed – Doctor Doom. Now the team has to escape Doom’s prisons in order to save Reed and prevent Doom from plunging the city into the Negative Zone.

Episode #4: Hard Knocks

When an old friend of Reed's shows up looking for help, the Fantastic Four are in for the fight of thier lives. His name is Bruce Banner and he has a terrible secret - he's The Incredible Hulk. And when Banner Hulks out and goes on a rampage through New York City, it's up to the FF to stop him.

Episode #5: My Neighbour Was A Skrull

The FF return home from an extra-dimensional adventure to find the Baxter Building and everyone in it just a little bit off. Their usually-angry neighbors are suddenly all too happy to chat. They come bearing strange gifts, and oddly enough, seem extremely interested in the FF’s powers. Soon it become obvious that the Baxter Building has been invaded by shape-shifting aliens - THE SKRULLS! But as the FF discover, whenever you deal with Skrulls, there’s always more going on than meets the eye!

Episode #6: World's Tiniest Heroes
Original Airdate: October 21st, 2006

One of Reed’s experiments goes awry, causing the Fantastic Four to begin shrinking… and they’re not stopping. Within hours, the FF will shrink out of existence, unless Reed can reverse the effect. But at miniature size, even a trip to the lab becomes a challenge, even more so when HERBIE’s security systems recognize the action figure sized FF as an infestation of rodents and begins to hunt them down! Even with a helping hand from the Astonishing Ant-Man, the FF are in for a giant-sized challenge.

Episode #7: De-Mole-Ition

The deviant monster GIGANTO bursts up from the underground, putting a quick stop to the Fantastic Four’s day off. Now it’s up to them to stop the monster from destroying the city. But the FF quickly realize that the giant monster has a specific target… the BAXTER BUILDING! The mystery of the monster’s appearance will lead the FF deeper into Subterranea than they’ve ever gone, and right into a TRAP. The MOLE MAN sent Giganto to attack the FF, but has a grander scheme in the works. Because the only thing better than having Giganto destroy the FF is to control an ARMY of Gigantos.

Episode #8: Puppet Master

When a cosmic-ray saturated piece of the Fantastic Four’s space station falls to earth on the Jersey Shore, the clay of eccentric local sculptor Phillip Masters, becomes energized with the power to control the minds and actions of others. The sculptor becomes THE PUPPET MASTER and uses miniature clay versions of the Fantastic Four to control the real heroes. Puppet Master captures award-winning New York artists, including his own step-daughter, Alicia, in an attempt to take over his “rightful place” in the art world.

Episode #9: Zoned Out

When Johnny gives an unauthorized tour of Reed’s lab to his friend Frankie, things go bad. Frankie is sucked into another dimension, and Johnny goes after her to try and keep anyone from finding out. But what he didn’t realize is that something came out of the dimensional portal as he went in - a harmless little bug. Now Johnny and Frankie are trapped and on the run while Reed, Ben and Susan are left to deal with that little bug.

Episode #10: Impossible
Original Airdate: June 23rd, 2007

Reed summons one of his deep space probes back to the Baxter Building for repairs, only to find that someone has hitched a ride on it back to Earth: the Impossible Man! The small, impish alien seems harmless enough, but the Fantastic Four soon realize that this creature, who can turn into anything, has turned into a big problem for them! Now they have to figure out how to get the Impossible Man off the planet before he goes from ‘annoying’ to ‘dangerous!’

Episode #11: Bait And Switch
Original Airdate: June 30th, 2007

While Reed conducts an experiment designed to cure Ben Grimm, there’s an energy disruption which causes the experiment to go haywire! Now the Fantastic Four’s powers have switched, but they don’t have time to get used to them before they have to save the city. Because the energy disruption that caused the accident was the work of Doctor Doom, and now the FF, new powers and all, have to stop Doom before he destroys the city with his scheme.

Episode #12: Revenge Of The Skrulls
Original Airdate: August 11th, 2007

Susan forces the rest of the team to take part in ‘Fantastic Fifth for a Day,’ an attempt to drum up a little good PR for the team. But the contest is interrupted by the return of the SKRULLS. The FF aren’t exactly worried by the awkward shape shifting aliens… that is, until they reveal the SUPER SKRULL! The team realizes they’re in trouble, especially when they learn the Super Skrull, who already possesses all of the FF’s powers, has teamed up with Ronan the Accuser! The FF’s only hope might lie in the hands of the ‘Fantastic Fifth…’ a nerdy teenager named Rupert.

Episode #13: Molehatten
Original Airdate: June 10th, 2008 (DVD Premiere)

Ben is abducted by the Mole Man – along with half of New York City! The Mole Man tries to convince Ben to join him in creating an underground paradise, a place where no one is judged by their appearance. But when the Baxter Building is pulled underground as well, the rest of the FF must fight off the Mole Man’s Moloids, protect their troublesome neighbors, and figure out how to get the city back above ground while Ben makes his choice: live underground as a king, or protect a world that considers him a monster.

Episode #14: Annihilation

The FANTASTIC FOUR fall into a trap and are taken to the NEGATIVE ZONE, where they’re attacked by ANNIHILUS and his warriors. But all is not as it seems - something in the Zone is affecting the Four’s powers. Things go from bad to worse when DOCTOR DOOM arrives, apparently in league with Annihilus! But Doom isn’t one to share power, and he takes Annihilus’ energy source back to Earth with him. But even if the Four can escape Annihilus, how can they defeat Doom, who now has the power to destroy the world?

Episode #15: Strings

The Fantastic Four are evicted from the Baxter Building! The sinister Puppet Master has managed to turn the entire city against the FF from inside his prison cell, and it’s up to them to clear their good names. What’s more, they must stop Puppet Master from completing his ultimate goal—to control the mind of every person on the planet!

Episode #16: Doomsday Plus One

The FF are getting a good night’s rest when Doctor Doom makes his move! Doombots infiltrate the Baxter Building, and while the FF do their best to fight them off, they all realize that the robots are nothing but a distraction… Doom’s real attack is the launch of the Baxter Building into space!! If they survive the Doombots, the cold vacuum of outer space, reentry, and their neighbors’ complaints, the FF plan on having a word with Doctor Doom.

Episode #17: Imprerious Rex
Original Airdate: June 9th, 2007

Susan and Johnny witness the arrival of Namor, the Sub-Mariner, who bans humankind from using the oceans of the world. Susan takes Johnny (who hates the water with a passion) under the sea, hoping to reason with Namor. Instead, the siblings become prisoners of Namor in the fabled city of Atlantis. Reed and Ben fight their way through a swath of undersea monsters to come to their rescue, but Namor proves to be a formidable foe. And even worse, impressed by Susan's eloquent pleas for peace, he decides to keep her in Atlantis as an ambassador.

Episode #18: The Cure
Original Airdate: June 9th, 2007

Reed has come up with yet another cure for Ben, and to everyone’s amazement… it works! Ben is human again, but there’s one catch: he doesn’t remember the Fantastic Four. Ben’s memory has been reset to his life just before the flight that transformed them all into Super Heroes. And now that they’re down a member, the Mole Man decides the time is right to strike!! Even with the She-Hulk stepping in for Ben, it looks like this time the Mole Man may win. Unless a very human Ben Grimm can stop him.

Episode #19: Frightful

A new team of heroes has arrived in New York, and they’re stealing the Fantastic Four’s thunder! The Wizard, Klaw, Trapster and Dragon Man are always one step ahead of the FF, saving lives and becoming media darlings -- much to the team’s chagrin. But while the two teams butt heads, Reed begins to suspect that this ‘Frightful Four’ doesn’t have such noble intentions. The FF will have to save the city from its new team of heroes, whether they like it or not.

Episode #20: Out Of Time
Original Airdate: August 18th, 2007

The Fantastic Four return from a time-traveling mission to discover that Doctor Doom has taken over New York City! But even worse, they discover that history itself has been changed; the Fantastic Four never got their amazing powers in this alternate timeline! The FF realize that they must travel back in time to the moment of their origin if they’re going to stop Doom’s sinister scheme.

Episode #21: Atlantis Attacks
Original Airdate: September 22nd, 2007

Namor the Sub-Mariner has returned, but this time (although he’d never admit it) he needs the Fantastic Four’s help! Atlantis has been overthrown by a barbarian called Attuma, and he’s threatening to invade the surface world. Johnny comes up with an excuse to stay home and dry - someone has to safeguard the city - while the FF head to Atlantis. But Johnny doesn’t realize that Atlantis’ attack has already begun in the form of a giant, mutated whale. Meanwhile, the FF discover that Atlantis poses a threat far greater than they ever imagined.

Episode #22: Shell Games

When the Fantastic Four are attacked by several suits of IRON MAN armor, they go looking for the inventor of the armor… TONY STARK. But Stark is just as surprised as the FF are about the attack… until he finds out the suits of armor were taken by DOCTOR DOOM! But before the FF can stop him, Stark goes after Doom on his own. Now the FF have to deal with Doctor Doom in a suit of enhanced ‘Iron Doom’ armor as well as the true Iron Man himself… now under Doom’s control!

Episode #23: Johhny Storm And The Potion Of Fire
Original Airdate: October 13th, 2007

While fighting the alchemist Diablo, Johnny is doused with one of the potions the villain is using in a ceremony designed to give him ultimate power. And while Diablo escapes, the potion is having a strange effect on Johnny. He’s becoming more powerful - which is great for Johnny… but he’s also turning EVIL - which is not so great for the FF.

Episode #24: Contest of Champions
Original Airdate: October 20th, 2007

The Contest of Champions has begun! Forced to compete by a powerful Elder of the Universe, the FF now must face four of their greatest foes in a series of alien events. It’s no holds barred competition against Ronan the Accuser, Impossible Man, Annihilus and Super Skrull! But even if the FF survive the events, they still have to deal with the Grandmaster. The stakes are high in the Contest of Champions – because if they lose, so does the human race.

Episode #25: Doom's Word Is Law
Original Airdate: June 10th, 2008 (DVD Premiere)

Doctor Doom has unleashed his most advanced and most dangerous Doombot of all against the Fantastic Four! But Reed is shocked to find out that Doom may have created a true artificial intelligence… a free thinking, sentient being. Ben takes this ‘super-bot’ under his wing, and the team comes to trust this pet-like creature. That is, until Doom reasserts his control over it and captures Reed and Susan. Now it’s up to Johnny and Ben to match wits with Doctor Doom and free their teammates – but they have to go through the super-Doombot first.

Episode #26: Scavenger Hunt

An alien scavenger called Terminus has come to Earth looking to steal the planet’s resources and technology for himself, and the only thing standing between him and the end of the world is the Fantastic Four. And while the FF have always found a way to beat their foes and save the day, they begin to realize that Terminus may just be unstoppable.
